Dan bila kita tidak sependapat dengannya, alangkah baiknya kita memberikan saran dengan lemah lembut. Dalam mata pelajaran bahasa Inggris pun kita pernah mendapatkan materi tentang menentukan gambaran umum dari percakapan interpersonal yang diperdengarkan waktu SMP-SMA.
